TERMS OF SERVICE
This terms of service will be between the artist (Rainy) and the commissioner.
By commissioning the artist for any service, you are agreeing to the terms of service below.
I. GENERAL TERMSPlease describe your request with a clear idea in mind as possible and provide clear references. Any ill-advised or rude behavior will not be tolerated. If any of this behavior occurs, the commission will be cancelled.
Payment will be only be accepted via Paypal.
II. ORDER PROCESS1. Email or message me on any social media platform your request with an image reference and choice of style.
2. I will discuss pricing with you and I will accept or decline your order.
3. You will receive my paypal.me link to send the payment upfront (unless discussed otherwise) or I will send you an invoice to your paypal email.
4. After the payment has been received, I will commence working on your commission.
5. I will email you the finished product AND/OR message you on a social media site.
III. UPDATESI will send updates whenever I have made enough progress to show you to gain feedback.
Updates will not be given in the event that the commissioner asks for them excessively.
If anything factors into the piece not being done in a timely manner, I will notify you.You will generally be given up to ** 3 work in progress** screenshots (WIPs).
Generally, the first will be a thumbnail stage (may be in grayscale if the piece involves lighting), the second will be in the sketch phase and the last will be in the flat color stage.Please be clear when requesting any changes you'd like during these stages, otherwise you may be charged for any major changes after the flat color stage.
Major changes may include: posing, character design, backgrounds, composition, lighting.
IV. REFUND POLICYCommissioners can cancel their order and receive a full refund if I have not started your commission at all.
I will give you a full refund if I'm unable to complete your order.
I will give you a partial refund if I have already gone past the sketch stage and if I'm unable to finish the art piece in a timely manner.
You may NOT cancel your commission after I started working on it.
If I have completed the piece already, you CANNOT receive a refund.
V. PERMISSIONS AND COPYRIGHTI have full rights over my artwork.
The commissioner is NEVER permitted to distribute, make merchandise, or claim credit for the artwork.
The commissioner is allowed to use the commissioned art for personal use only, unless the commission was agreed to be for commercial use prior.
If this commission piece is restricted from posting online to any social media, please state so.

Currently offering painterly, linebased, and emote/icon commissions.

Consists of painterly brushstrokes & soft undefined elements not in focus.
Recommended for a softer look and for illustration with backgrounds.
Simple background is of no charge.
Base price of 1 character:
Chibi: 50 USD
Bust: 60 USD
Thigh-up: 100 USD
Full-body: 180 USD
Additional characters, elements, complex designs/backgrounds/compositions may be subject to additional fees. Final pricing will be discussed through email/direct message.

Consists of visible thin lines to define the character and overall illustration.
Recommended for a refined look for certain details to be clear and for characters with transparent backgrounds.
Simple background is of no charge.
Base price of 1 character:
Chibi: 40 USD
Bust: 50 USD
Thigh-up: 70 USD
Full-body: 100 USD
Additional characters, elements, complex designs/backgrounds/compositions may be subject to additional fees. Final pricing will be discussed through email/direct message.

200x200px locked canvas.
Recommended for Discord/Twitch for streaming/branding.
When ordering an emote set, please list out your ideas of expressions/poses in bullet points.If you would like me to design your mascot from scratch, you will be charged with additional fees.

Simple cell-shaded chibi with white border surrounding figure.
Character design will be simplified to suit this style.Prices:
